This video was taken on 8th August 2016. Which is about a month after getting a prosthetic leg. Also a week after change to second socket. I only use the first socket for about 2 weeks. My stump shrink rapidly which required me to get another socket. You can do this Balance Exercise at home. It is good for balancing. Repeat it as many times as you want until you feel comfortable and more stable. I am using "Senator" foot by Freedom Innovation & Ossur sport liner.
