Balmain Accessories Collections

Balmain is pleased to announce the rebirth of the historic Parisian house's accessories collection. The new bag designs for men and women, as well as the new shoe offerings, will be introduced on the 21st of January, during the presentation of the men's fall-winter and women's pre-fall collections. This new generation of Balmain accessories will be available at boutiques worldwide in June 2017. As Creative Director Olivier Rousteing and his team developed the new lines, they relied on three distinct sources of inspiration: the house's singular history and rich archives, the Balmain atelier's continuing mastery of traditional couture techniques, and the immediately recognizable style that Rousteing has imposed upon the house over the last five years. The result is a coherent, modern offering that relies on nothing but the finest materials, craftsmen and design—in short, a truly Balmain collection. In anticipation of the January 21st presentation, Balmain has created a special introduction to the new designs. With a spirit that reflects both Rousteing's modern outlook and the paramount importance of music for today's house, the video also introduces the golden icons that are associated with each of the accessory collection's three families: the golden coin medallion of the Renaissance line, the golden thread that works its way through the Balmain Le 44 designs, and the Domaine collection's gold-topped hotel key charm, with its long leather tassels.
