Barefoot Walker shoveling snow barefoot on 01/10/2009 and talking with two passersby

mwilson49 visited me that afternoon and when he got ready to leave, we found the driveway had been plowed shut so another friend (who appears in the background) and I reopened it. I then got the idea of having him shoot video of me doing it, but the shoveling was about finished by that time. Temps were around 25F or -4C then. The machine you hear is across the street. Along came two young guys walking in the street and they were flabbergasted at my bare feet and wanted to know more though our dialogue was not recorded very clearly but you can hear them ask to see the bottoms of my feet. (My response to their "Aren't your feet cold?" is "No, my _feet_ aren't cold, my _hands_ are cold." One of them remarks, "That's crazy!" and my reply is "You're crazy for smoking!") I should add that this was the _second_ time I'd shoveled that day; I had been out earlier in the day before the plow had gone by (we got about 6" or 15cm)!
