BARTOK CONCERTO FOR ORCHESTRA Mvt 2 - LIVE

Bartok Concerto for Orchestra Mvt 2 - I'm playing Principal Clarinet (David Blumberg) in this live recording from the 1986 Teton Festival Orchestral Seminar. Come study with me, and over 40 Philadelphia Orchestra Members at the Philadelphia International Music Festival this June 2012 held at Bryn Mawr College (PA.). There are 7 (seven!) Orchestras, and there still are some openings - age range from very talented younger players through University, and Young Professionals Division as well. http://www.PhiladelphiaMusicFestival.org I was the Clarinet Faculty for the "Foundation for Artistic and Musical Excellence Summer Program" in Princeton/Lawrenceville, NJ (FAME) replacing ailing Principal Clarinetist Philadelphia Orchestra Anthony Gigliotti. Other FAME faculty included Julius Baker (New York Philharmonic), Ransom Wilson (Yale), Dale Clevenger (Chicago Symphony), Erick Friedman (Yale - only Violinist to have ever recorded with Jascha Heifetz), John Mack (Cleveland Orchestra), Norman Carol (Concertmaster Philadelphia Orchestra), and for their Jazz Division was the Marsalis family (Wynton's Father, and Brother Delfeayo). I studied for 7 years with Anthony Gigliotti, also have studied with David Shifrin, Joseph Allard, and Charles Neidich.
