This is a short video showing where the two spawn locations are for the 50 Cal Sniper, named the M82A3 on the map Seige of Shanghai . When picked up from the ground this weapon stops you from swapping to your secondary and all equipment from the mouse scroll button, and if you change by the number buttons 1-5 the sniper is dropped on the ground.
This weapon is extremely powerful (one shot kill) and also respawns after several minutes in the same position if lost.
