On the night of December 6th 1970 there was an enormous explosion at the Esso Refinery at Bayway, NJ that filled the emergency rooms of 3 hospitals in my hometown with the injured victims. . Windows all over town were blown out by the shockwave, and chaos, looting, and evacuation ensued. . The FBI investigation hinted at sabotage, yet no spotlight was given to the injured workers and their stories. .
