My very first recipe request!! This is a rich, smooth, and hearty soup made with beef short ribs! In Korean, this soup is called galbitang or kalbitang, and is a great family meal recipe! I'm not quite sure how to describe the taste of bone soup, but the best way I could describe it is that it's milky and wholesome. It might sound strange, but it's very delicious! Like I mentioned in the video, it's a bit similar to seolleongtang in it's milky flavor and appearance!
