Jacqueline actually takes you behind the dugouts into the tunnels both on the visitor and home facilities. She also takes you into the visiting team clubhouse..Jerry Lewis and his capable staff hosted this 3 day dun filled injury free weekend of baseball held in an actual major league baseball stadium..Participants were given a major league uniform, hat, socks, and plenty of beverages both soda and adult beverages. The coaching was just about the best that you can experience as two former major league players from the 1984 World Championship Detroit Tigers were on hand to give tips and instruction. Dave Rozema (who was nearly hit as the overhead helicopter crashed onto the infield between the pitching mound and 3rd base. Dave Bergman who is the consummate baseball teacher....always coaching...And lastly Ike Blesset who has the claim to fame of being knocked out of baseball by a fight that he got into with the late Billy Martin....It is said that Ike actually won the fight and lost the battle as this was a career ending injury..The fight was said to be over a bag of marshmallow's that Mr. Martin needed for a tip to Minnesota. That fact has not been verified.
