This is my first outing with my new Beholder DS1. I used my Lumix 7-14 lens mostly on 8mm and with the DS1 in small camera mode. The first scenes along the boardwalk in the Hylobos Bog in Federal Way, Wa were shot in 24P with shutter priority and auto ISO. I have included a comparison there with a handheld clip walking with my other GH3 and the 12-35. Both were set on 12mm. The second series are at Redondo Beach dock in Des Moines, WA with the 7-14mm lens also but in manual mode. I am pleased with the performance of the DS1 so far but I need more practice:) Update- I had some trouble with jittering when doing jib shots with my monopod and a tiny bit on some other shots. I discovered the screws attaching the camera to the DS1 were not tight. It's working great now!
