Bering Optics Hogster-R video of Texas Cattle at various distances

Note: No cattle were harmed during the recording of this footage. In fact the rifle was unloaded as an added level of safety for them. Things were progressing slowly on a hog hunt and these two animals were curious about our presence and they proceeded to investigate us closer. The Bering Optics Hogster-R produces extremely sharp and clear images inside of 50 yards. The definition and detail of the animal's characteristics are readily apparent, you can even detect insects flying around them and the foliage. This is my personal unit that I purchased in September, I am taking every opportunity to develop an understanding of the scope's functionality and capabilities in order to bolster my ability to accurately detect and ID game on hunts. This optic is at a price point where I feel that its capabilities inside of 200 yard on medium to large game is excellent given the cost. Beyond 100 yards on small game such as varmints or coyotes the image pixelates making ID of these size animals more difficult. Looking forward to more exploration of this new offering from Bering in the coming weeks.
