Rumors have sparked that Beyonce is pregnant with her second child after a photo surfaced of her on the beach covered in sand with a "tummy". Former Destiny's Child member and friend Michelle Williams was on The View and didn't answer either way. Beyonce is asked if the Instagram photo is a hint, but declines to comment.
