Big Country - 'No Place Like The Unreleased Demos.' 1990.

Big Country. Two unreleased instrumental demos from the 'No Place Like Home' album. 00.00 Leap of Faith 05.13 The Hostage Speaks These two demos are both different to the two demos (with vocals) that appeared on Rarities V and the 2014 Re-Presents CD of NPLH. The Leap of Faith demo runs for 25-30 seconds longer and includes a couple of extended sections that never made the final demo or album cut. These are likely to have been from the demo sessions in late 1990 with Pat Ahern on drums, I'm not hearing too many of Mark Brzezicki's signature fills or patterns but happy to be corrected if anyone knows for certain. Mark did, of course, come on board for the recording of the album which started in February, 1991. Please leave a comment on who you think is drumming here, Pat or Mark.
