Bikini Prep with Fibro | My Rest Day plus a Target Haul

My bikini competition is two weeks away so my prep is getting a little hectic. Now it's especially important that I remember to take rest days to let my body recover. But of course, my rest days normally still involve lots of errands...Click "Show More" ↓ On Sunday I made sure to take care of my body by starting my morning slower and treating myself to a massage. Even though I haven't been feeling my Fibro pain, my body still gets the normal aches from working out 6 days a week. But I also had to fit in all my errands to get me ready for my competition.
