new experiments https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGAApvX09JYpDTTxzb9WJnsZ6pIKEoGI9 this video shows the open loop control of BLDC, (sensors was not used) DDS was used to generate rotation of "virtual" rotor, then this angle with constant power was used in inverse Park transformation, after that SVPWM was used to generate stator currents. two different constant power was applied, 20% at begging, and 100% at 0:20 with 20% of power cogging-torque was visible, with 100% it is not visible, but the motor is heated BLDC cogging torque is the pulsating torque component produced by the variation of the air-gap permeance or reluctance of the stator teeth and slots above the magnets as the rotor rotates. No stator excitation is involved in cogging torque production.
