BLUBOO MAYA PROBLEM (edited video)

After a couple of days (less than 1 week) the rear & front cameras didn't work and the phone is very long to start !!! The first thing i did I a "hard reset" of the phone, but still no camera. So I think it's a hardware problem, the camera module is defective. Why the seller ( Super Egrow Group on Aliexpress) does not believe/trust me and requires the posting of this video for the inclusion of the warranty? Edit: This was a malfunction of the camera. The seller (dishonest) never wanted to take the phone as a guarantee but fortunately Ali Express agreed to take it back and refund (very honest!). So I ordered a new bluboo maya from another seller and I am very satisfied now ... So if the same thing happens to you, don't hesitate, return your phone to be replaced.
