All demos were recorded using the Earthworks 1022 preamp, for it's neutrality and super fast transient response. The A/D conversion was done with the Lavry Blue 4496 for it's neutrality, clarity, and detail. The demos were recorded at 24b/48k, into Samplitude Pro X, for it's natural, open, and dynamic audio engine. This chain provides the best possible chain to allow you to hear the mic, and "nothing more". All tracks were recorded at real world levels, with no EQ, compression, etc. You may need to adjust your speaker level during the demo. Neutral and transparent, this is your workhorse. 3:58 - B2 = The Vintage cap. Provides a great "ribbon like" sound. Perfect for guitar, brass, woodwind, vocals, and overly bright instruments 4:32 - B1 = The Acoustic cap. Perfect for all acoustics (nylon and steal string), and orchestral stringed instruments. 5:05 - B0 = Extended Top. Silky present top end. Perfect for any sound source that needs more cut.
