BMS Tour 12 A123 20ah Pack Balancing Charge

Video showing 50 x A123 20ah cell pack on bench undergoing 250ma balancing charge and final BMS testing prior to fitting to vehicle. The 2 x 25 cells slave boards are fitted into the recess at right hand end of the IMA battery case. They are covered with a clear plastic protector which also serves as a chimney and the heat from the balancing resistors can escape upwards.
