This weeks workout features the follwoing booty building exercise with the bar and the slam ball:
- squats
- goodmornings
- bentover rows
- front squat
- combo: thruster, front squat, side lunge, squat
- slamball rotational throws
- wallballs
-slamdowns
The weight I'm using on the bar is 10lbs on each side plus the bar
