Boris FX Continuum Complete "BCC Temporal Blur" Filter example using Adobe After Effects

Having just purchased the BorisFX BCC collection I thought it might be fun to do some experiments to learn how the filters behave. As you'll see I got a bit carried away with the Temporal Blur filter! By playing around with keyframes on the threshold settings it shouldn't be too hard to just have the train or the background being blurred, rather than having it switch between the two as happens at the moment.
