Breech delivery and ECV

Notes/corrections: 1. At ~1:48 what I demonstrate is actually footling presentation not incomplete breech (incomplete breech is when both hips are flexed but one knee is extended and the other is flexed). 2. For delivery of arms first try sweeping them down in front of the body of the baby. If this fails do Lovset maneuver, in which you rotate the baby first clockwise while pulling to deliver posterior shoulder, then rotating in counter-clockwise again with pulling to deliver the other shoulder. What is demonstrated in the video is like an amalgam of both and is incorrect. 3. The maneuver done at the end with the three fingers is called Mauriceau-Smellie-Veit. The forceps type used is perhaps Neville-Barnes or something else not Wrigly.
