Brewing a Christmas Ale With Joe

A Christmas present came a bit early for me, so I naturally had to brew it up! Here we're brewing up a Christmas Ale kit from The Brewers Coop in Warrenville, IL. Here are the ingredients in the recipe: 6.6 lbs Light Liquid Malt Extract 1 lb Dry Malt Extract 1 oz Tettnang Hops 1/2 lb Belgian CaraMunich (crushed) 1 Spice Packet (I believe Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Ginger) 6 gm Munton's Ale Yeast I stuck very closely to the directions in the kit, so am expecting some pretty good results. I've always had great luck with their kits and can't wait to taste this one. Cheers!
