CA3046 transistor array temperature compared

Following the previous video, the output of a single NPN transistor inside the CA3046 is connected to a comparator opamp configuration. Upon heating the CA3046 with a hair dryer, the comparator switches when the outgoing voltage of the CA3046 passes the compared voltage (in this example 680mV). This is part of the development of a temperature controlled exponential converter. Check sinneb.net for the entire build log.
