Cabinet Briefing

Kenyan ambassadors will now represent cabinet secretaries in doing some government business abroad in yet another austerity measure announced today. The decision was approved by a sitting of the cabinet today chaired by president uhuru kenyatta and limits foreign travel by cabinet secretaries to the most essential missions. The cabinet session which approved a number of laws on devolution, infrastructure and enhancing intra-border also resolved to deal ruthlessly with corruption by eliminating cartels in government. Cabinet secretaries were directed to to work closely with county government to cleanse payrolls and get rid of ghost workers within one month.
