When there is a rise in the bilirubin, we have to think of any simple problem in the liver. Problem can be a simple problem such as hepatitis or sometimes there may be a problem like liver cirrhosis as well. Usually when there is a liver problem, then your digestion will get weak, then usually we get easy fatigability, weakness and tiredness. That also can give constant headache. But that cannot be the reason for headache, it can be migraine or some problem in the nerves or some problem in the brain. Live as such causing a constant headache is rare. It is a very minority of people who get headache with raised bilirubin.
