Adobe wanted to charge me $162 because I was into my second annual subscription. After several Adobe Cancel Calls and getting nowhere, I posted on the Adobe forums only then was someone willing to help. My plan has been cancelled and I was not charged but I wasn't able to cancel the plan myself.
