Canon Pixma iP8750 Printer Update & No Magenta Cast Prints

Another video that is not perfect, but i really struggled putting things together this week, so posting this or i might not have posted at all :/ The continued testing of the Canon Pixma ip8750 printer. After getting varied results i have decided to investigate why Canon printers seem to give a magenta cast. Using the photo paper i get from Amazon, i ran a series of tests, nothing too scientific but enough to draw a conclusion at this point. For me i have found the best setting if printing through Photoshop is to have Photoshop handle the colours and use an ICC profile if IP8700 series GU3/LU3. This profile with buster paper stock profile used give pleasing results. Strangely though, those results change quite a bit when printing through In-Design... more investigation on that is needed i think
