Carrollton Police Officer Releases Adam Horine From Jail

In the early morning hours of April 23, Carrollton Police Officer Ron Dickow released Adam Horine from jail. A judge had previously ordered police to send Horine, a 31-year-old petty criminal with a pending case, to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. Instead, Dickow sprung Horine from jail, drove him 50 miles to Louisville and bought him a one-way bus ticket to Florida.
