Case # 34 echocardiography Fenestrated extra cardic Fontan operation

The 12.5 years old female has : Dextrocardia. Situs inversus.AV disconcordance. Pulmonary Atresia. VSD.ASDII. S/P modified Left BTS 2005_ Bidirectional Glenn and division of the left BTS 2007_ Fenestrated extra cardiac Fontan 2012.We thought to close the fenestration by device but the baby doing well and the SAT O2= 87_ 90% RA .So we didn't see an indication for that
