Cast on Crit EK Shockgun Build

Blackgleam converts EK's physical to fire. The Three Dragons allows that fire damage to shock. Proceed to shock with a physical damage spell, while being safe from reflect. It's worth noting that it's fire damage doing the shocks, so it allows the group to still provide consistent shocks even against lightning resistant mobs. Because the surgeon's flasks are almost always up, it's not even necessary to really cap resistances with gear, as flasks can provide a large amount. Even without moving, arctic armour and skill usage still requires a large amount of mana regen, so mana regen on gear is important.
