Catholic Bishop confessed that they change the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday! Really?

A solemn appeal to all my Adventist friends. There is a video circulating on the Internet about the Catholic Bishop admitting that Seventh day is the real Sabbath. Although THIS IS A HISTORICAL TRUTH don't make this video represent something it really isn't. It has been edited and presented as a real Bishop making a real statement. Let's see shall we.
