C&C Mental Omega 3.3.2 - Ascension Challenge on Mental Difficulty

Playthrough of Mental Omega 3.3.2 Ascension Challenge on Hard Difficulty. Challengers: Alstar (Scorpion Cell), Martinoz (Pacific Front) Martinoz's PoV: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8d7bgvRFt8U Alstar and Martinoz vs discount Golden Armada - Time to begin the fight for aerial superiority! There are couple of things that you should know about this challenge before attempting it. 1. You can easily shut down power from ALL of the AI's by targeting/destroying the preplaced power plants. AI does not rebuild them. 2. Two first waves are most dangerous. If you're not fast enough with teching up, you wont get T3 anti air units in time. 3. Anti air denial factions do best here (Pacific Front, Last Bastion, Scorpion Cell, USA and to some extent Coronia) 4. However, you need a lot of anti-infantry in early game. Halftracks and Gattling tanks fill both anti air and anti infantry roles, so should be the best pics. 5. Destroying the middle AI stops any further armadas from appearing 6. Enemey starts with 9 cloning vats and build 3 of their own later on. Adjust your defenses to not get overwhelmed by masses of infantry. 7. Epsilon economy is best here due to invisible miners. I had to aid Martinoz in early game due to masses of infantry attacking us. Gattlings made a really neat job against those brutes. Our plan was quick techup to T3 to utilize Oxidizers, Malver and Skyrays. We were in hue gtroubles after wave two but somehow we managed to recover. I left Martinoz in charge of defending the base while i massed Basilisks and went for the hunt of the AI. Without power my only threat were Archers adn Gattling tanks - i tried to nuke them as first before attempting to take out any structures. It took us a lot of time but after couple of Armada waves and some time after spamming basilisks we were done with middle AI base. In meantime Martinoz's reestablished his economy, allowing him to pump as many tortoises as he could. My continuous poke on remeaning bases to hun the power was worth it, since we had no issues with defenses anymore. Splitting ways, i took left base while Martinoz rolled over right AI. Without production, AI decided to just sell out finishing their existences. Ascension challenge - Completed! I can see the next one on horizon tho.
