Not simply general definition, but what does this mean to you personally. Is it something that makes you give up? Or is it something that makes you grow? We are using this word in the second meaning. For each of us, challenge is a new or difficult task that tests someone's abilities and skills. But it is not supposed just to test, but to make you grow. It all goes back to 2006. That was the first challenge: for us to start the project and for people for the first time to challenge themselves. About 50 people took part in the training. Shocked and surprised from the start, sometimes angry, but with gratefulness in the end they all successfully completed the training. Having seeing the results, we didn't have right to be satisfied with just one such training. Already for 3 years we run this type of trainings, and from the last year we have decided to conduct two trainings per year... . What is Challenge focused on? Our vision is to help people to detect their leadership potential and to depict the main principles of teamwork. You have a little chance to be born as a leader, but most of people became leaders either because of teachers or life circumstances. We use both of the stated things: teaching people some theory and creating real circumstances to use what was learnt. But we don't focus our Challenge on leadership only: team consists of a leader and his followers. Therefore, both leadership and team cooperation are equal components which can not be separated. All the program is based on open discussions made after team building games. We understand the need of constant development. Therefore, we try to always upgrade our Challenge. This year we plan to: buy special uniform: 5 camouflages(for every team member), 5 bandannas, 5 pairs of military boots, 5 black T-shirts with our logo on it, 5 caps buy notebooks, pens, T-shirts for participants climbing ropes(100m) projector We also realize that all our plans without God are nothing.
