CHARLIE HEBDO & TERROR MANAGEMENT English subtitles There is of course widespread agreement that the Charlie Hebdo massacres were false flag operations. Generally, a false flag op is pulled off to shift blame from one party to another, although the steps towards the desired outcome are not immediately apparent. In this regard, some interesting clips in French language have been published (see clip for dates) one of which is a French-dubbed German clip. The French language employed seemed accurate and, although this is not best practice, has been used as a basis for the English version, presented here. The main idea is to increase the fund of general knowledge and follow the tracks of the perpetrators. Some French children believe that "the CIA funded the Kouachi brothers". This is not our view. Given the intricacies of his personal history (and in spite of his burly physique), it may also be the case that Boubaker El-Hakim was not one of the perpetrators, but has been framed to supply a causus belli for a new NATO invasion of Libya, strident calls for which are to be heard - all from the usual suspects, including (but not exclusive to) the well-known disciple of Botulism, BHL. One of the immense problems of this sort of operation is mopping up witnesses, ipso facto and then re-explaining the "facts". We saw it with the Kennedy Assassination and many other infamous State crimes. Against all of which, it should be noted, a citizen's review committee would have voted unanimously.
