A stunning and gifted actress Charlize Theron was delivered in South Africa in 1975. At the age of 13 she started visiting an art school and at 16 won a modeling competition that gave her an opportunity to travel to Milan and work there in a modeling industry. Having worked in Europe for some time, she decided to move to the US and settle down there. At first, she went to New York, where she studied choreography but couldn’t pursue professional career as a dancer because of knee injury. Then she went to LA to try her acting skills and it worked. The mother’s name is Gerda and it was she who motivated and inspired a daughter to pursue acting career. Gerda even supported a stellar daughter financially at the very beginning of her career.
