Chatan Yara Kusanku

Ms. Lara Chamberlain shares both regular speed and slow speed versions of Kusanku.  Ms. Chamberlain started practicing Matsubayashi-ryu karate in 1985.  In 2019, she became the founder of Tiida-ryū (Tenyō-ryū).  She was a dedicated student of Shoshin Nagamine, Takayoshi Nagamine, and Yasuharu Makishi.  All of her videos are an effort to share all of the teachings she has received over the years.   Visit her website at www.sczenkarate.org to see more about Tiida-ryū.
