This is a simple guide to help students of Legacy Martial Arts learn their material for the November-December Testing cycle. This in no way is a substitution for normal class training. Also, to all ATA members: Please do not use this as a training video for tournament competition. Your instructor should be able to provide you with the training you need for tournaments, and they may have some technical positions that they want you to perform differently. Legacy Martial Arts tries to be consistent with its curriculum and therefore some techniques are performed differently than other ATA schools.
