Elizabeth Taylor's first wedding dress has been sold. It went to a bidder for £121,875. The 1950 gown was auctioned at Christie's South Kensington. It was among a collection of pop culture spanning 120 years up for sale 26 June at their sales room in London. Topping the auction was Elizabeth Taylor's very first wedding dress, a James Bond unique watch found in a car boot sale not far from Pinewood, sheet music of a Bob Dylan unpublished song and an eye-patch worn by John Wayne in True Grit.
