Circus Oz celebrate the equal and active participation of women within all parts of the organisation – from the Bright Lights of the Big Top to Backstage to our Board. We celebrate what women are capable of - incredible physical strength and stamina, extraordinary grace, and the ability to laugh in the face of danger.
