CIUSSS West-Central Montreal User Experience - Meet Ioana Gandrabur

The User experience is more than just meeting our clients’ needs. It’s about creating a human connection. We strive to make a difference with each of our users. Meet Ioana Gandrabur, an international award winning recording artist, who is also blind. At the age of 16, she immigrated to Canada. Upon arriving from Romania, the MAB-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre helped Iona with mobility and adaptive learning. Today, she holds four degrees in music and has won numerous international guitar competitions.
