Main wash needs to be 2/3 to 3/4 full. Bulk load using small laundry if necessary (baby clothes, wash cloths, hand towels, socks, underwear, anything the size of a t-shirt or smaller). It is best to measure your drum height to know exactly where 2/3 and 3/4 are, they usually look more full than the drum is.
