C#.NET RAT + Netseal Theme Fix

Quick demo of relatively basic RAT written in C#. This was made for fun and is has not been finished (and won't be). Credit to AeonHack for the nice, albeit a tad buggy, theme. I fixed a couple issues with it and added some features, so I'll put a download link at the bottom.
