Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars was released in March 2007 by the Electronic Arts, it's the first title purely made by the EA and also a first "third generation" title released. I've played Tiberium Wars campaign before with Nod and GDI together with Tiberium Essence mod and I only skipped the Scrin campaign that has to be unlocked by playing both of these campaigns. You can also cheat a little and in your ProfileData.ini file in your AppData/Profile folder change your PKK number to 9999999999999999 - then you can play Scrin campaign without any problems.
