Busia Survivors programme manager Caroline Kemunto led the team to clean Busia County referral Hospital compound and wards after a peaceful procession in the border town donned in orange tops labelled ‘giving back to the society’ at the back. Ms Kemunto said some of challenges they have facing in the course of business include men clients who refuse to use protection, assault them, steal valuables, refuse to pay for the services. She added that they are also subjected to constant harassment and arbitrary arrests by police before being charged in court
