Complaints about Samsung ice maker add up to class-action lawsuit

Pam Coy's Samsung fridge has a big problem. "Doesn't make ice. Doesn't make any ice," she said. Like dozens of people who've posted complaints at ConsumerAffairs.com, Pam says the ice maker has been trouble since almost the beginning. "After about a year, the ice maker quit working." Repairmen have fixed it four times, she said. “Still doesn't work." And now, with her warranty expired, the next repair is on her.
