Complete "Targeted Data" with Proximity Mines [Proof of Concept, GTA Client Jobs]

Unlike VIP Headhunter, these targets are always stationary. I managed to hit a target a single time so far, you have to be accurate with your placements. Didn't have much luck with a single Proximity Mine. You need to know all the potential target locations in order for this method to be effective - there are at least 2 spots. Sure, you can just kill the target with your Oppressor MK2, so far this is just a concept that can potentially save you some time. You need to go to the target location anyway, but with the proximity mines trick you can at least choose in which order you will do it. Also, if yiou are planning to grind in the same session more than 30 min, you can secure the Target location for the future job right after eliminating it.
