Concept Demonstration: Perma Vaal Earthquake Build! (PoE 3.3 2018)

In this video I'll show you my take on a perma Vaal Earthquake build concept. This setup has the potential to be very fast, but I have yet to test it for "end-game". This version is played as a Pathfinder using the Queen of the Forest for that sick movement speed and flask effectiveness. I will keep you updated once I get to test out the build further.
