He founded the CONSERVATORIO NACIONAL DE MÚSICA where PEDRO IPUCHE RIVA did the whole career of COMPOSITION as his pupil. He also founded Montevideo's ORQUESTA SINFÓNICA MUNICIPAL. He used to spend half of the year in MONTEVIDEO and the other half in PARIS. Here we can watch typical places of both cities such as Montevideo's Rambla, playa Pocitos, palacio Salvo, parque Rodó, puerto del Buceo, calle Durazno, Punta Carretas and from Paris the Arc de Tryomphe, tour Eiffel, place Concorde, Sacré Coeur, Palais Royal and Notre Dame.
