It is easy and popular in kodagu. Chicken curry is the best combination for paputt. U can make in normal plate or idli plates u evn get paputt plates. Paputt thari is nothing but broken rice. Wash the rice dry it then grind in mixi if u dont get in shop. Soak the thari for atleast 1 hour. Drain the water. Add grated coconut, salt, water mix it then put in plates. Steam it for 20 minutes.
