Just because you buy a "rebuild kit" does not mean you are "rebuilding" it. This is just more of a refresher of sorts. All the other pulleys and bearings were fine, I just had to replace the mandrel assemblies and jack shafts along with the pulleys and belt. I cleaned up the deck pretty well too.
