CrossFit - Gaining Confidence: Alessandra Pichelli

The CrossFit Games -- (http://games.crossfit.com) Making the switch from team to individual, Alessandra Pichelli finished first at the 2013 NorCal Regional. "Going from team to individual this year, I was really on the fence," Pichelli says. "I really wanted to be a part of the team and I had so much fun last year. Even after the Open this year, I was still debating weather I was going to go team or individual." After her coach and the other team members encouraged her, she chose individual and it paid off. Now, as she prepares for the Games, she's getting in the water, having fun and training with her affiliate team, Diablo CrossFit, also going to the Games to compete in the Affiliate Cup.
